Consumer research and its importance

In the context of our efforts to constantly improve the quality of our products, we have been carrying on qualitative and quantitative consumer research to research consumer satisfaction with our available products, and also to explore new requirements. This field is very important, since it constitutes the vehicle through which new products are created to optimally meet such new needs. Research results are analysed and pooled so that they can serve as a guide when making strategic decisions.

The SANITAS consumer line created in 2009 is available 24/7 to answer any queries consumers may have in relation to the features and how SANITAS products are used. At the same time, however, it constitutes another tool which measures consumer satisfaction, by recording any queries, remarks or complaints. We are open to all communication with the public. This is an opportunity for us to get to know buyers better and collect information about how we can improve our products.
